Pacific Community Design is a collaborative group of people who have established ourselves by working cooperatively with larger teams to create a legacy of great communities where people live, work and thrive.

We are a multi-disciplinary consulting firm based in Tigard, Oregon. We offer planning, UAV, landscape architecture, and civil engineering services for a wide variety of clients.

Our tight-knit team is committed to providing our clients with responsive and effective service by combining our technical knowledge with a larger community perspective. We approach our projects with a focus on mapping out the best course of action to ensure project and client goals are met, maintaining clear and timely communication, and seeking creative solutions and positive outcomes.

Kingston Terrace Town Center

PCD is working with Risewell Homes on the development of Kingston Terrace Town Center, the western-most parcel in King City’s recent annexation into the Urban Growth Boundary. Read more

Harvest Park is now open to the public

The newest park in the Ridgeline development in Bethany, Oregon, had a smashing opening weekend, an event put on by Tualatin Hills Parks and Recreation District at the end of September. Read more

Dove Landing

Public construction is nearly complete at Dove Landing, marking PCD’s inaugural venture in the City of Woodburn. This 154-unit development has been carefully crafted in partnership with developer LGI to cater to the ever-growing and diverse community residing on the northern edge of the city.

Villebois | Completing the Circle

In 2008, PCD had an opportunity to re-engage with the Villebois Community in Wilsonville. PCD’s founders previously worked with Rudy Kadlub of Costa Pacific Communities and Lee Iverson of Iverson Architects to help design an innovative community featuring residential neighborhoods, a viable commercial and employment core, an interconnected series of roads and trails, and connections to open spaces.

Las Casitas Park | Designing for Diverse Communities

This spring, PCD won a contract with the City of Tualatin to redevelop a neighborhood park with a design based on extensive community outreach completed in 2020, at the height of the pandemic.
